Our goal is to create a home away from home for our residents as they convalesce, to provide them with the skilled care of our dedicated medical and nursing staff, and to take them back to their own homes as soon as possible. Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides an open spacious living floor plan, with areas for our residents to either socialize or enjoy some alone time to read or listen to music, much like their own living areas at home. We currently have a 1 star overall rating with CMS, including 1 stars for health inspections, 4 stars for staffing and 3 stars for quality measures.
